We sing the song of “Educate-Educate-Educate” within the walls of our downtown Solar Showroom constantly. We believe that the more educated people are on their solar investment, they will not only make the best choices for their needs, but they will feel more confident and excited about the investment. Education, we firmly believe, is the key to decision making.
That means, to ensure we can teach our customers about solar, it means that every member of our team must remain engaged in continuing education opportunities. We are work closely with all of our product manufacturers and finance partners to remain current on new trends, products and regulations. However, several times a year, we have the opportunity to attend conferences that are solar specific. Last week was Solar Power International and we were exited to attend.
Solar Power International
Solar Power International partners with Energy Storage International to set the platform as being the fastest growing and largest solar shows in North America. For solar professionals, this show generates energy, like no other solar convention within the solar industry. Also known as SPI to solar professionals, has been among the Gold 100 for either years running for the innovative ways attendees remain engaged.
The purpose of the conference and trade-show is to showcase the growth of energy innovation in North America.
Why We Show Up
We show up because it is important to us that we truly understand what is happening in the solar industry. We proudly do our due diligence with reading, training manuals, and workshops put on by our product manufactures and financial partners. But, where we can see where the industry is moving is at powerful conferences, such as SPI. Plus, we get the opportunity to sit, speak, and learn from some of the leaders in the industry. This is powerful learning for all solar professionals as we can talk strategy and technology with like-minded people. This is the powerful synergy that drives the solar industry.
We will continue to attend conferences and trade-shows for solar for as long as we remain committed to the solar industry, our customers and green energy. It is always fun to get out of the office and network. Yet, the power of information we have access to at SPI sets the tone for our office and the growth of our business. Plus, we like to practice what we preach, which is “Educate-Educate-Educate”
