Joel Anderson was excited to join the Del Sol Energy installation team because of his passion for the environment and clean energy. However, after working for nearly a decade as a floor installer, Joel never thought he would find a home in another construction company.

In the early 2000s, Joel left his construction career to pursue an education in Digital Media and music production. In the midst of a budding music career, Joel met owner Josh Aldrich and realized his passion was split between two worlds. Knowing his commitment to green energy was as strong as his passion for music, Joel made the decision to create a home with Del Sol Energy.

Without having to leave music behind, Joel continues to develop his skills in digital media and music in his free time. In many ways, Joel has said his current position with Del Sol Energy and his ability to continually develop and refine his creative side is an ideal balance of two worlds.
